Step 1: Determine Your Child's Needs
Visit the 'What is Occupational Therapy (OT)' and/or 'What is Speech Therapy (ST)' pages on our website to help identify your concerns and your child's needs.
Step 2: Obtain a Referral from Your Doctor (if required)
Discuss your concerns with your doctor and request a referral for an occupational therapy and/or speech evaluation at Playhaus Pediatric Therapy.
Your provider may fax referrals to (210) 571-1704, attach above or give you a hard copy to bring in.

Step 3: Verifying Insurance Benefits
Our staff will collect your insurance information and verify your benefits. If your insurance plan is not listed, we can discuss other options.
Step 4: Onboarding: Scheduling and Intake Forms
Once a spot is identified that fits both schedules, you will be notified to begin onboarding. We will email your child's intake forms and schedule the initial evaluation Please complete them before your appointment to help maximize the therapist's time with you and your child.
Families' will receive a weekly reoccurring secured spot for the duration of their care.
